Question about Hacked Gamertags
Ok so like the title says, how do you know if your xbox live account has been hacked? Also what happens if it is hacked? I'll google too, but like to get feedback in the unfortunate case it has happened to someone else.
I ask this because I got a progression of messages from someone who I am not friends with and have no idea who they are (I hadn't recently played with them either). They kept talking about hacked accounts, and kept getting more detailed about it. So I'm scared this is not a good sign. |

from google, it just says it's hard blah blah blah, but it really doesn't tell you how to tell. But I guess if everything gets deleted or people purchase a massive amount of microsoft points than I guess it would be a fair assessment it has been

Usually the way you will know is because you cannot log into your account (they changed your password), or things on your account are missing/deleted/etc.
