I’ve been fortunate not to have spent that much yet,,,almost 22yrs old & getting due for a new roof & heat-pump (complete).
I’ve replaced the hot water heater 1x & the washer/dryer.
I’ve replaced a couple different parts on the A/C heat pump...but nothing major.
It’s been good to me
