Ribs sound pretty darn good too. French dips are my all time favorite. A good Au jus to dunk it in. :yum:

Do you just use the liquid created in the bag for the au jus?

Tossed some pearl onions in a bag with some worcestershire and black pepper.

The rest of my brake cooling dust up grade came today. The 4" to 3" reducers, and the 3" flanges for the brake shroud behind the spindle.

I would really like to have my own place, but it’s not financially viable right now (my own fault) and I really don’t know if I want to live all alone right now. Plus my grandmother was talking about leaving me the house my grandfather built. Not something I want to think about, losing her right now but the house is in the back of my mind. Makes me sound kind of greedy but I don’t mean it like that. I live with her right now, just me and her. I have slowly been fixing things that have been broken for many many years. I’d love to get the HVAC working upstairs again but was told it’d be $5k for a new AC unit and idk what’s wrong with the heat side. The blower motor doesn’t even come on anymore. /shrug

For those of you that have a lot of grass to cut, but think it takes to much time. Get ready to spend less time doing it. Honda's 190HP riding lawn mower.

Contact your electric company or coop & they can usually finance the expense into your electric bill,,,if you’ve been making payments as agreed.
They’ll hook you up with a quality installer (or should)

First batch. 6 hrs in the bath water. Looks like I need to adjust the broiler time as it burnt the rub a little. This is the first use on the broiler setting with this stove. I still bet they eat.

I’m really happy with it. Makes the best of everything I’ve tried in it.

It’s also the go to method for any high dollar cut of meat cuz you can guarantee results every time.

The most awesome thing about it is you can buy the shittiest cut of meat and it makes it tender and tasty.

Top round tonight was absolutely tender, I cut it a bit thicker than normal for a sandwich but it was just fine.

jchammond 01-12-2019 05:55 PM

The Colts need to wave the white flag :icon14: they’re done.
