At my old company, the CTO took us all out to a steak house for lunch. This place was known for their Prime Rib. Being in california, people were trimming off the fat that came with their steak. My buddy was going around asking if he could have the fat that they didnt want. Its where the flavor is at! lol

Reserve all the fat! Then throw it in a crock pot for 8 hrs and melt it down. Chill it overnight and you have tarrow to use for the next 3 months! It also helps keep my cast iron seasoned perfectly and gives green food a good kick of meat flavor.

lol... probably. When I was a kid, I wanted to join the Air Force and fly planes or helicopters. I ended up joining the Army and got a job shooting down planes and helicopters..doh!
