Yah, the middle class is quickly vanishing. In 15 years, itll just be the super rich and illegals here. A decent 1bd apartment is averaging 2k/mo.

They move pretty quickly but they build no float in their schedule. So if the cabinet guy comes in and forgets to order a cabinet or one gets unboxed and is damaged, you lose 6 weeks waiting on another cabinet. If it’s a lower it might be longer than that cuz they can’t measure counter tops until it’s in place.

I got a brick ranch. 2,000sqft 4 BR, 2 bath, full 2,000sqft basement. Sitting on a 80x120 ft corner lot, built in 1956. Taxes on it is $2,300 year. Paid $112,000 in 2004. Last I checked. The value was just over $200,000. Best part. No HOA. Do WHAT EVER I want.
