I grew up in a college town in the late 60's and early 70's. :eek: The chit that was out there. :eek: The burned out druggies became the college professors later on. :shakes head: I grew up with them. :shakes head:

Yup. Whenever I can find backstrap on sale at the butchers. I usually cold smoke it with hickory or mesquite and brine in bourbon.
