I finally started hearing from my adjuster 4 months before the deadline. Lawyer filed a lawsuit the first of January last year. Next thing you know, settled. I would say you will hear from the adjuster in September or October.

Get this. If for some reason I get hit again, I mess up my neck again, said insurance company will claim pre-existing and not pay a cent. The insurance company will pull a 3 year medical history on you. I have to not go to the Dr. for my neck for 3 years to be free and clear of a pre-existing claim rejection. Now that is some real BS.
