We have gotten out of the habit of fixing our own meals from scratch because we work 10-12 hours a day to keep up with the Jones'. Health care is a service derived from someone's labor. You don't have a right to the fruits of my labor...

I wasn't for Obama either though, or GW, so that's just my 2 cents.

Bush Sr was our last qualified president. Since then we’ve had basically career politicians and Trump, who’s only claim is at least it isn’t Hillary.

Well... maybe HW was qualified. I quit voting for a Presidential candidate in the election featuring Clinton, Perot & Bush Sr. Change doesn't come from the top, it starts in the communities we live in.

My old company hired Perot's company to write new software for us. Around a milliion dollars later, we hired a Korean company to write our software.

The roads are really getting bad now. Had a couple of trucking companies call and said that they won't be able to deliver today.

We was only to get about 2". Looked out the door and there is over 6".

I'm going to have fun going home. Time to play.

You're thinking of Sweden. Norway has pretty closed borders. Almost impossible to become a resident there, much less a citizen. My brother speaks Norwegian fluently, married a Norwegian woman (a doctor), goes to school there for his masters in Psychology - and still failed his first test allowing him to become a resident.

It's some of the most beautiful countryside I've ever seen, period. The people are also incredible. It's almost a totally fit populace, at least in the areas I visited (Bergen and Norheimsund).

This is on-point. One of my wife's uncles constantly rants about healthcare costs. He's overweight, has diabetes, and has had 3 heart surgeries. It's tempting to tell him to shut up, people like him are the reason the costs are high.
