Ribs sound pretty darn good too. French dips are my all time favorite. A good Au jus to dunk it in. :yum:

Do you just use the liquid created in the bag for the au jus?

THis is my first time making these this way. Doesnt look like much liquid in the bag. I was looking for beef stock int he freezer. :eek: will have to use whatever is in the bag plus some stock.
