The 295/30-19 is 26" tall. The 295/30-20 is 27" tall. There is a 1/2" difference in sidewall height.
The difference is in the wheel, not the tire sidewall though. in the 19", there's 20.5 inches of wheel and 5.5" of tire. In the 20", there's 21.5 inches of wheel and 5.5" of tire.
