It has been a party here at the Posey house this weekend. My brother and wife came up from Gilbert and my kids from the Northwest were here too. I smoked ribs and grilled chicken wings. So much food I could stand not to eat for a couple of weeks.

Got this in the mail yesterday from my best friend. Its crunchy and a little sweet like a piece of candy, not "chewy" like regular beef jerky. Trying to think of how to tell him it SUCKS! lol
