Slept good last night. :tup: Once I hit the bed. I was out.

Driving into work. There is black ice everywhere. :eek: We have a freezing rain mist coming down. :shakes head:

same. didnt know it was comin i actually had a slight bit of issues getting out of my driveway since its a decent incline lol

usually if bad weather is coming i park out in front of my house to avoid that issue.

My first clue was ice on the windshield. :icon14:

oh of course i noticed that too but didnt expect my driveway to be as slick as it was. i almost went down when i got to my car lol

all i know is the weekend is just fuckin crazy weather wise lol

it's gone from 1-3", to over a foot, to possibly just a mix and mostly rain.

i just checked and weather channel is now showing 3-5" during the day then 8-12" over night on Saturday up here.

Rusty you might be enough south it'll just be rain down there.

The weather this weekend is supposed to be crazy with temps around 0* for the game... :eek:

yup... 13 years now.... ~45k mile a year on the ride just back and forth to work. I have 383k miles on my current car that I bought new in 2011

But the silver lining is that I sure do know a lot of songs... :p

Might be an opportunity for you to go in and ask why you weren’t considered for that job. If it’s something you really want you can ask what improvements you need to make to get their. Just be prepared for hard truth if there’s a reason they don’t consider you. It could simply be you do the job to well and they can’t afford to have you not doing it.

Oh and don’t take the responsibilities without the pay increase or you’ll get fuct forever.

That’s brutal. We once had a guy that did about that much. I couldn’t handle another hour a day in the car.

About 28 miles for me each way... but thanks to Philly traffic it takes about 45 minutes to drive in and 1.25 hours to drive out. /sigh

I was spoiled at my last job - 6/10ths of a mile. Now that was an awesome commute. But I sure do like making money!
