I blew my back out at the tender age of 33. I was working for Goodyear at the time. I was changing tires on a car, and WAM!. Felt like electric shock in my spine. I was off work for 3 weeks. Go back to work. 2 weeks later, they terminated me. Found out a couple of years later. They don't want anyone with back issues working for them.
