The Poivre sauce was amazing. I'd maybe add another tablespoon of peppercorns next time. Cognac added a pungent richness to it. Was phenomenal. Now time for a Netflix movie and some southern tier 2x winter stout.

What is up yal? Been pretty quite because yeah my car is broke. The engine is dead, now the waiting and the paying game begins. Seb will be ordering me CP pistons and rods and I will be taking my closed deck block to him in the next week or two. Then off to the machine shop by the end of January. Got to tell you I am really excited. Gonna go with the same turbos as Spooler.
