Associates in Culinary I never use. I just like cooking. Hate standing in line making the same stuff over and over again for 18 hrs straight without any room for creativity.

The Poivre sauce was amazing. I'd maybe add another tablespoon of peppercorns next time. Cognac added a pungent richness to it. Was phenomenal. Now time for a Netflix movie and some southern tier 2x winter stout.
