On a more serious note.... I hope none of you or your families in the GM factory states (and Canada) are going to be affected by GM's plans to shutter factories and cancel models. Really sucks, especially a month before Christmas.

Al Gore said in 2007 that we will not see anymore snow starting in 2013. The north pole will be ice free. And New York City would be under water by then. All the predictions they said about global warming never came true.

I HATE our wireless scanner. It is so easy to forget the OBD dongle in a car and let the customer drive off with half the scanner. It’s nice to be able to have freedom of movement when diagnosing but not worth the risk of losing the dongle.
