Old guy... you should try a Tens Device for your back. Dont get the one that they use at a physical therapist, get one that has different massage modes, not just different levels of intensity. It worked great for my tennis elbow.

lol... Theres a street near my moms in Arizona, where down the street, the way the trees are angled, it looks like one big middle finger at the end of the street (even though the street doesnt actually end, thats what it looks like from that angle). Ill post it this weekend.
