Well, today is 'Veteran's day Observed'....

Damn government mandated Monday holidays.....

Heck of a weekend.... my 243rd birthday on Saturday, Veteran's day on Sunday & the Chiefs win on Sunday.....

How come I have to be at work today......

Oh and you're welcome..... I didn't spam the board with Marine Corps pics on Saturday.... I was in no shape to find the keyboard.....

Ghost.. I cant let Veterans day pass without a little interservice fun....

At the pentagon is a large aquarium built into one of the walls in the corridor. A soldier is staring into the tank, and a sailor asks "what are you doing?" The soldier says "I'm controlling the fish with my superior mental power--look". The sailor looks and the fish have organized into squads, swimming through the tank in wedges like an infantry platoon on patrol.

The sailor decides to try it, and as he stares into the tank, a Marine walks up and asks "what are you doing?" "I'm controlling the fish with my superior mental power--look" and the fish have arranged themselves like a carrier task force, with a large fish in the center and the smaller fish around it.

The Marine decides to try it, and stares into the tank. An Airman walks up and says "what are you doing?" The Marine looks at him, and his ears are moving back and forth, and his mouth is slowly opening and closing.

We never claimed to be the smartest... hell, we eat crayons, FFS

But at least we are a little better than the Army...

When I was in the Gulf during the run-up to Desert Storm, the Army sent the 25th Infantry out of Schofield with 3 days of supplies... their job, be cannon fodder while Marines unloaded the MPS....

man, i was complaining yesterday about how nice it was when in mexico with 85 or so weather and i had to come home to cold, coming snow, and no fun cars.............could be worse. i could be in cali dealing with wildfires. guess i shouldn't bitch.

I love AZ, it is 47 with high of 57 today which cold and it will be 70 by the weekend. It will be in the low to mid 70s at the track this weekend as well. I know I suck and I am good with it lol.
