One of our customers is retarded and is creating a paperwork nightmare for me yesterday and today. I seriously don't know why we do business with these people. They are perilously close to costing us more than we make from them.

Found disconnected purge and vent hoses on the Lexus (dealer must have left them like that

). A few codes came back after a drive test. Replaced the evap canister and all is well again
