Basically send a nice big spreadsheet of the items, with serial numbers, time stamps, and actions changed ect in an email. Come Monday im curious to see what happens.

Im a pretty lax dude for the most part, but crap like this gets me tilted. Once i find out who did it im going straight to HR and filing harassment. If i wanted drama like this id be in college, not working at a medical device company at my age.

You guys ever have to deal with BS like this at work time to time?

Yep. **** dont change, even in settings where people should be above petty BS. If you arent pulling your weight, good chance managers know. This tattle tale BS happens in our office from time to time and I stay waaay out of it when HR sniffs around. Thankfully I am the only one in the office at night.

You're going to get it before it turns north. Then I'll get some of it. :shakes head:

This is nothing. I've worked in places that didn't uses knives to stab you in the back. They used hatches and axes. I still got the scares on my back. If they find a weakness. They go for it. Character assassination. You learn to keep your azz covered. Sounds like you are doing it already.

Oh yeah. Specially if you work in a corporate environment. You need to have your head on a swivel to make sure nobody is trying to stab you in the back! I work for myself now, but I still see people who work for my clients deal with this crap. I see whos trying to screw who, but I keep out of it and let it play out..lol

It gets really bad when the azz is a climber. They don't care who's feet they break on the way up. :shakes head: What's nice is if they have to depend on you to stay here. Then you can play games with them. :rofl2:

Look up Peter's Principle. :rofl2:

Detailing the engine bay and found a good bit of residue on the driver side of the block. Any cause for concern?

Is it wet or dry?

Could be coming down from PCV valves; be ready to install catch can’s

Well the car hasn't been run in several months, so it's definitely not wet. Dry but greasy I guess is the best way to describe it. Very similar to what my steering rack looked like before I had it replaced.

If that is the valve cover gasket. It might had some seepage.

Catch cans are definitely on the list. Almost bought those $60 ones in the FS section. But I want the Arc radiator reservoir combo :yum:

Inspecting closer, the residue definitely appears to be in higher concentration around the rocker cover and gasket (Items #15 and 16 on page EM-51 in the 2011 FSM) rather than the PVC hoses. If some seepage is to be expected and you don't see an alarming amount, then I will clean it off and monitor it going forward. But if I need to do something, it's probably something that I can do at the same time as the spark plugs.
