After giving a little training on the absolute basics of logging into the network, I had to assign generic usernames because most of the Medical Assistants (early-mid 20's) complained that they had to remember too many credentials. Some couldnt even figure out how to minimize or close a window. This created a nightmare for me as far as administrating network shares, rights, etc. Oh well, I charged by the hour.
