I read sport to nismo wasn't really worth it. Maybe base to nismo would be worth it.

The springs are not different between the base and sport, neither are the struts/shocks. The sport and base have the strut tower brace and the nismo is supposed to have "reinforced" version. Sport you at least get the Akebono brakes, viscous lsd and rev match.
