Morning. Went on a hike last night and finished it with margaritas and bar nachos... Feeling the after affects in my legs and im dying. I have way more respect for people who hike now lol.

Sure. But will have to be when Im in Az for more than a day and a half. Kinda busy at work and the next time Ill have more than a 2 day weekend will be in September. Where do you live in Az?

Used to hike San Gabriel Mountains. I like the waterfall hike, but yeah, Ill leave that stuff to fitness gurus.

had my workout yesterday. top golf at 10am, beers, kann-jam all afternoon/evening, more beers, grilled for 10 people, more beers, ice cream cone. :tiphat:

haha nah mine is almost back to normal. dropped more weight, been doing good breakfst/light lunch/good dinner set up with some weekends intermittent fasting. feeling good again.

all so i can drink more :bowrofl:

This past saturday me and the gf were in line at Rudys bbq (super long lines). This lady behind me is with her teenage daughter. Then a bunch of her friends see her and come up to her and she goes off somewhere with them. She comes back several minutes later and I hear the mom say "So THATS such and such? Hes hot"... um.. daughter says "Yeah, I shouldve kissed him when I had the chance"..mom: "Hes got back!"

OMFG... I really wanted to say something, but held my tongue. Really sick and disgusting.
