they're 1350 new.

still not sure if cobb is the way to go or ecutek.

Cobb offered a lot of additional stuff in my cobalt back in the day compared to Ecutek. No clue how that would translate into gtr territory though.

the upside of the cobb is they have off the shelf maps ready to go for fbo. also, you can tune on the fly yourself plus the TCM tuning is big for the GTR like resetting of the clutch touch points also auto relearn for the TCM as well.

ecutek seems to have more options like rolling launch but i believe cobb just added that. i did kinda like the bluetooth dongle thing on ecutek and you can tune it all on your phone.

Ask Madwi before looking at the bluetooth. Apparently it had a lot of signal issues with other electronics.

Pull the trigger. It's only money. Can always make more.

Experienced this as well. I actually unplug mine when I'm not already in the car. It interferes with things like the range on my car key. Annoying.

First road trip in the GTI. Short one (~2.5hrs one way) up to Sedona and Slide Rock, but it was fun. Much more enjoyable than the Z (sorry!). Smooth, quiet, and ACC... yes please.
