GOING FROM A BLUE COLLAR JOB TO A WHITE COLLAR JOB REALLY SHOWS ONE HOW DIFFERENT PEOPLES WAY OF THINKING IS, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO ISSUES OF RACE, SEX OR ANY OTHER "TOUCHY" TOPICS.

COWORKERS AND I WOULD ALWAYS MAKE FUN OF EACH OTHER. DIDNT MATTER IF IT WAS ABOUT OUR RACE, SEX, RELIGION, HEIGHT, WEIGHT OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN THINK OF, IT WAS FAIR GAME. NO ONE WOULD GET MAD OR HURT, WE ALL WOULD LAUGH AND BE OK.

MAINSTREAM SOCIETY NEEDS TO GO BACK TO THAT. CHILDREN WOULDNT BE RAISED TO BE SUCH P*****S, BUT AT THE SAME TIME HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF PEOPLE AND THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN US ALL. RACISM, HOPEFULLY, WOULD BE ELIMINATED OR EXTREMELY REDUCED ALONG WITH THE OTHER TOPICS IN THE FIRST PARAGRAPH.

YES, I KNOW THERE IS A LOT MORE AS WELL THAT GOES INTO THIS, BUT I JUST WANTED TO COVER A LITTLE. IM TIRED OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT EVERY LITTLE THING THAT HURTS THEIR FINE SENSIBILITIES.
