If we have 7/8 days straight in the 90s that's brutal, not weeks in the triple digits :tiphat: to you my friend

We avg. about 8 days a year over 90. But this year, we got about 14 days so far.

In this case I think it's accurate. My brothers, first sister, and I lived very different lives from the younger part of my family (9 siblings, basically spaced every 2 years. Youngest sister is 17 years younger than me)

I'm the second oldest of 9 also spaced out every 2 years, 7 boys 2 girls, I'm 16 years older my youngest sister but we all live similar lives and we are all pretty tight

It’s brutal. When you walk out in the afternoon it feels like you got hit in the face with a 2x4. Not unusual to have it be 90 well after the dark.

Me: I really need to lose weight.

Also me: *Sits on couch entire day and only ventures out for a burger*

How is everyone else's Saturday?

Years ago. I worked in the gulf at a nuke plant. Wake up, take a shower. Tried to dry off and couldn't. Stayed wet all day. I was miserable. If you laid a tool down. You had to cover it up. Other wise you would burn your hand when you picked it up.

Yup. When your sweat has nowhere to evaporate to cuz of the humidity.

A little trick to keep a water bottle from getting too hot to drink on a hot day: take a sock (preferably clean), wet or and slip the water bottle in the sock.

My gf grew up in the former Soviet union. She always comments how cheap and disposable things are here.. even the so called quality products. Her mom told her that they still have the chess set from when she was a baby. Made of solid wood. They were poor, but what they had would really last.

You sound like my daughter. She does crossfit.

Had breakfast and watched Netflix. Cut the grass. Had dinner, and watching Netflix.

When I was at Lake Powell in June. It was in the low 100's. You couldn't feel yourself sweat. Talk about drinking lots of water.

When I was overseas. We either cooled our beer off with a CO2 fire extinguisher, or put it in a 5gal jerry can full of gasoline in the morning.
