To hear it from my neighbor, hell yeah. But IMO not really. We did have a Sooner move in down the street :shakes head: But he's actually an ok dude other than the fact that he just bought a sailboat and parked it in his driveway :rolleyes:

I've only had a couple of packages go missing that were supposedly delivered (that's over 9 years at the property). And I don't hear about break-ins very often.
