I ordered a shift knob from them and they sent the wrong one. After two emails they said they were going to make the right one and ship it. Three weeks later I sent them two emails and got no response and then left them a voicemail. I've ordered two knobs and a short-shifter from them in the past and never had this issue...anyone know if they are having business issues?
