Where to take titanium exhaust to weld on V-bend type clamps?

I googled what is available in PR. Looks like mostly industrial shops. Didn't see any small shops. If you find someone. Be prepared to shell out some cash.

I could do it. But you're not in my neighborhood.

Found one persond here but after seeing some work cant trust him with the pipe.
No one does it here.
