Good way to pay for those bike lanes the cities like to build and crowd out traffic. I'm thinking of Calgary and Edmonton and the problems were having with them.

Good way to pay for those bike lanes the cities like to build and crowd out traffic.
I'm thinking of Calgary and Edmonton and the problems were having with them. OH.... and make them pay and pay some more for parking their frickin' bicycles ! ! !
