That's what I thought to, until I tried one. Just use a little of each. But you don't want to use a strong onion. It can over power it. Unless you want the extra bite of it.

In my youth. I didn't like a lot of things to eat. Now the older I get. I'm finding that I missed out on a lot of great tasting foods. I'm eating stuff now that I wouldn't touch with a 10ft pole years ago.

I agree, one time was in a bar a chick let me sip on her Bloody Mary drink I almost puked in front of her. The taste of celery is over powering.
