Just to be sure ... the trans and diff washers are different than the copper crush washer for the oil pan. They are still a crush washer, but they are aluminum and you can't really tell they crush other than there are two distinct layers to the washer.

I'll be shocked if the hfc's take 4 hours. 2 people working on eat cat and the bolts will melt right off if I have anything to do with it.
Intakes will take all of 1-2 hours depending on who is smart enough to give me a power tool... Exhaust will be knockout out quickly enough. Again... power tools oil cooler, no a freaking clue. You stick it to the roof, right? clutch? Madwi and Susan can screw around with that. I'll make sure she wears yoga pants for visual stimulation. Everything else is small and won't take longer than a half hr each.

and mr. leingod, you need to pb blast the upper and lower areas of the cat where the o2 sensor enters the cat.. both sides.

I don't like to use power tools on the exhaust either. O2 sensor damage from the vibration is a very real possibility. I've learned my lesson.

Springs took about 4 hours with frequent breaks and watching youtube videos on how to just those compression bar things. No power tools. I cranked each spring by hand with a wrench.

LOL I'll be shocked if you can do it within 4 hours. I'm not sure how much help you'll be - don't you weigh like 130 lbs? If anyone is going to melt those bolts off it'll be Mr. Scott

Oh yea. And then 3 hours wondering why my front right wheel was making a wubbing noise around corners. Turns out, spacer was just loose.
