Bro, my Z has 13k and is a 2010, I flushed my differential at 1,000 miles, and did an oil change.. you'd be shocked to see all the metal shavings in the differential at just 1000 miles (mind you, this is after the break-in period).. I'm glad I did it.. I flushed the transmission fluid at I believe it was at 10k miles.

Admittingly so, I am anal retentive when it comes to maintenance.

MT and diff are almost as easy as the oil change, so you should just do them yourself. Instead of just a drain plug, there is a fill plug and a drain plug

The only thing that makes it slightly more of a pain is that you can't just pour in fluid from the top using gravity. I use a $5 hand pump I got on Amazon. Tempted to buy a cheap battery operated one but I'm sure it'll just break.

definitely worth the peace of mind

Last week the Fit was having issues with TCS. Then it broke down on my way back from Houston yesterday evening. Both times I took it to the Honda dealer and they flat out lied to me about the problem. I had to go inspect the car myself and call out their bullshìt. Considering I found a way to complete detroy the pint hat goes into the clutch when replacing the helper spring.... i doubt everything now

google is your friend, my friend... google.. transmission fluid 370Z, you'll get tons of options.. im a mobil 1 fan, so thats what I went with, then google, differential fluid 370Z, you'll come across several options, 75w-90, again, I chose mobil 1..

although, I've been very very happy with Amsoil oil in my infiniti, so next time I do a flush, im highly likely going to go with that for the Nissan.
