Not me. I'm in Fayette county. No emissions. Helll, we don't even recycle. We don't have enough people in the township for that. Only have 3,600.

The GT-R start button should not take you longer then 10 minutes to do. Pop up the cover around the shifter. Remove the one screw for each knee pad, and remove them. Then remove the 2 screws on the bottom of the center dash cover. One in each corner. Pop the cover from the bottom first. You will have about 4 to 5 inches of room to work with. Pop the plug on the back of the start pop. Push out to remove it. Push in the new one. Install the center dash pad from the top first. Just push it in. Then reinstall everything else.

Yup. Stupidly easy. Figured I'd give it to my girlfriend to figure out. She can handle the simplistic things while we are cursing at demon bolts and oil coolers. Figured you can handle the button, vinyl wrapping the pillars, and helping install the side blades or diffuser.

Her real test will be figuring out how to install the rjm clutch assembly with Madwi giving her directions. She is easily the tiniest and most flexible so hopefully it'll be easier.

Have to watch on the start button. The tabs that hold the plug in CAN break REAL easy. Want to know how I know? Don't ask.

That will do it. I'm just so used to taking the center pad off to get to the wiring behind it when i was installing my gauges.

I learned how to do some of my own maintenance last night, since most of the **** we installed on the Z wasnt me but friends, while i was the assistant / doing the little things. (Gotta start somewhere right)

Learned to bleed brakes, and how to work a Vice because the retainer clips were bent, explaining why it always darted to the side on initial braking.

Rolled under the car, made sure everything was tight and found the source of my dropping of goop(Diff bushing is starting to go).

Adjusted the coilovers, lowered it / gave it some more pre-load.

Gonna throw camber in it tonight by using a caliper gauge and do my best, since the shop i took it too for an alignment was incompetent and couldn't give me the camber i needed. Told them how to adjust it, and still couldnt do it.

Race prep for next weekend, basically complete.

And that includes a 9 minute nap

Just pop it out with a panel removal tool. Takes about 10 seconds.

Scrapped together a quick putanesca sauce while I let some homemade dough rise and now everything is in the oven for some quick and dirty cast iron pizza.
