Been an interesting morning. I watched my CEO tear a supplier a new ******* in probably the most efficient (and deserved) way ever. I'm not sure how exactly to phrase this, but I'm kind of in awe over the fact that, after working for a series of somewhat ineffective leaders, I actually support a company where the leadership is ******* smart - eerily so.
I have no idea how to be either that decisive or dynamic yet, but it's good to have goals.

I need a 08 AN m18x1.5 Banjo fitting to finish my diff cooler install. Having hard time finding one on-line.
 And one bolt that mounts the diff to the sub-frame at the front. Started to install the bolt with my fingers about 10 turns. Then started to use a ratchet and socket. About 5 turns later. The bolt got tight. Still had about 1/4" to go. Back the bolt out. And it showed that it started to pull threads.  New bolt should be here tomorrow.
