You figure is was during the cold war. So any western stuff was something to them. On my trips back and forth. I would pack a suitcase with blue jeans, and panty hose. 2 things they wanted badly. I could exchange those items for anything I wanted.

Mostly, it was for information.

They didn't wear bra's too often. Remember, this was the '70's. Burn the bra thing was going on. Go-go boots was the thing. The higher, the better. Seen a lot of them all the way up to the crotch. They would wear them over their jeans or panty hose with short-short-shorts.
