I have had pretty poor vision ever since I was 13 or so. Nobody knows what happened, there just was a noticable change that summer... :icon14:

So after having worn glasses for years, I finally heard of a company that would make me a prescription windshield. Yup...Pretty dang expensive, but after considerable thought, I got me one.

And I have to say it works great. Only problem that I have ever had is with passengers riding with me. Apparently if a bug hits the windshield it looks to them like it is a 747 crashing into us. I even had a guy dive under the seat after we had an “incoming”.... LOL

I can send out a link to the company if any of you may be interested.

Don't get those with contacts ;) I did drive once with no contacts or glasses (had to take the contacts out and didn't have glasses in the car since it wasn't the 370) and jesus that was scary

That's amazing. I wonder if they'd do one 50/50 magnified and normal so I can just make my passengers freak out while I feign ignorance 😉

Maybe... i was trying to work out a trifocal arrangement with them once, so I could not only see the traffic lights when they change but also see the stripes on the highway going by...

Let me tell you, life ain’t been easy.

Some how I pulled off a 4.0 this semester for the first time. It's amazing how much better I've done now that I have adult responsibilities and actually want to be in school.

Now it's time to relax for a few weeks and get back at it.

You have done well.... Wanting to be in school and realizing what the education will bring you is the best part of it

Thanks, It only took 5-6 years of working in a shop to realize I don't want to do this forever. Don't get me wrong I enjoy my job, but I want to grow.
