No patchouli this time? ;) I hear you guys on the pay scale thing. The company I work for now is the first company that has not only 1) paid me more than I asked for and 2) given me yearly reviews and raises ranging from 8% - 10%. It's a smart move on their part. When recruiters contact me (and they do, often) it makes it fairly easy to say no. Unless they offer me a Quality Director position... that'd make me consider it.

No more patchouli. The smell was getting overbearing and obnoxious. I now smell like a vanilla Yankee Candle store burnt down a cigar shop.

I just gagged at the smell of those lol

I actually dont mind the smell of them, in little amounts.

Far to sweet smelling and the worst aftertaste more than a day later.

When a recruiter ask me what my pay was for what I did. And I tell them it was in the 6 figures range. They faint. I made more then my plant manager. :rofl2:
