nah, I tell bigboss man right before I leave and he will contact Desktop Architecture team. They create all images and have access to the core servers for testing and deploying a fix.

I heard they exist, but I have never met them IRL. Them ***** are better at hiding and dodging work than I am. :bowrofl: :icon17:

I kid. but yes, we have a DA team. It is no small feat to keep up on everything with as many users we have and just how important it is to keep everything up and running.
