expecting someone to lose weight is one thing, expecting them to not turn into a fat lazy slob is another. just because she's "content" doesn't mean it's time to lounge around on her fat ass and gain weight

IMHO, if you're ok with it, you still love your partner and find her attractive, then more power to you. Obviously this guy is almost at his wits end, though, lol.

yeah it can only go so far. my brother's wife has gone from about 130-140 all the way up to like the 220 range. this girl has some broad shoulders and wide hips

no kids to blame either. he's putting up with it at the least. time will tell.

I don't know if I could let MYSELF do something like that, particularly while being in the military. Theres just only so much I could take of looking at myself and being, "wow, what happened to me?"

yeah as of late i've put on a few and while i'm not hitting the gym every day, i modified my portions and drink more water and have lost some of the ol' gut. it's just lack of self respect in some cases.
