My golden, Jake had surgery last Thursday. They fixed his knee, and cut the growth out under his left upper eye lid. He's home now, on drugs.

Vet bill was $3,700.

Sounds like I got a bargain. I only paid $2,500 for Lucy's knee, but that was 2 years ago. Here's some pics. I have 2 Bernese females.

What really sucked was keeping her locked up in the crate and trying to keep her from hurting herself.

Had to take the cone off of Jake's head so that he could walk around the house without bumping into things.
