Went to wally world for eye appointment. I get contacts I like. I have now discovered my right eye can't focus properly. Everything comes in slightly blurry at random times

Went to wally world for eye appointment. I get contacts I like. I have now discovered my right eye can't focus properly. Everything comes in slightly blurry at random times and if I stare at say a monitor screen. It slowly gets blurry over a few seconds until I physically think of refocusing my eyes.
This is on top of them telling me over the phone they accept my insurance. I get my tests done and they then tell me they accept it off network and I must pay out of pocket.
