Yup it really has all the drawbacks of human insurance with not a lot of the good stuff, but it does help lessen the blow when items like this happen.

Well, dash cam is in, wires run to the fuse box and everything looks good. After sweating my azz off in my garage....

I guess the 75w incandescent drop light didn't help matters any....

I probably should invest in decent fluorescent or LED drop lights...

I got the genuine Spy-Tec G1W-C. Hopefully I won't be a YouTube star.....

Thanks madwi, with a six foot cord, I can pair it with a retractable cord and get almost anywhere on the car.

the hook is magnetic and removable and can be attached to the end of the light or in the middle so you can hang it vertically or horizontally.
