Gonna bake some sweet potatos too. Brown sugar and butter whipped together for them. :yum: Our own holiday feast while we have to be stuck at work. :tup:

breaded artichoke hearts
Loaded twice baked potatoes
breaded and fried broccoli
escarole soup
eggplant lasagna
god knows what else...

The Hospital I work is giving a Thanksgiving special today till Monday! Anyone wants to be confined? Turkey on the side.

Happy Turkey Day everyone. :tup: Just climbed out of bed. :eek: It was a long night. :tup: The whole family is going out for dinner. We're going to a place called the Stone House Inn up on the Summit. Great food. We've been going there for the last 7 years. They're servicing turkey, ham, trout, steak, and the usual veggies. :yum:
