Its looking like it'd take a good 30 minutes to drain the oil pain with the fumoto... :ugh:

eastwest2300 11-20-2017 10:21 AM

but, its cool.. I'll stick with it, and see how I like it.

You are correct. I usually just let it drain while I detail the car, work on other things, or drink a beer instead of laying on the ground for 10 minutes waiting for it to fully drain.

I just like them because I don't have the oil bolt shoot off when loosening it and don't have to mess with crush washers anymore.

Yeah, I'll like the fact that when I get the bolt completely out the bolt's magnetic end wont get stuck at the bottom or the side of the drain causing the oil to go wherever it wants... :)

let me tell y'all about the one time, I was doing an oil change and I forgot to open the oil pan so it'd drain into it.. and guess what happened? luckily, I didnt have a disaster to where it spilled all over the place but boy oh boy was that oil hot.. :icon17:
