Waaaay too busy here, first time back in the office since midnight.

Good news though, Chef at work is going to let me use the grill for steaks tomorrow night.

Told him I'd trade him a porterhouse in exchange for grill and oven time.

Gonna bake some sweet potatos too. Brown sugar and butter whipped together for them.

Our own holiday feast while we have to be stuck at work.

mashed sweet potatoes with marshmellow topping
breaded artichoke hearts
Loaded twice baked potatoes
breaded and fried broccoli
escarole soup
eggplant lasagna
god knows what else...

Happy Turkey Day everyone.

Just climbed out of bed.

It was a long night.

The whole family is going out for dinner. We're going to a place called the Stone House Inn up on the Summit. Great food. We've been going there for the last 7 years. They're servicing turkey, ham, trout, steak, and the usual veggies.
