FWIW, I'm still running an AMD X4 Phenom desktop with stellar performance paired with a decent OS SSD and proper video card. Provided no gaming or hardcore intense graphics. AutoCAD 2015 Revit has no issues with reasonable video. Latest version 2017 runs ok... it's a little glitchy with older video card.

Updated the video card twice since 2010 with no change to any other system variables. For basic home desktop it's been great. There's another comp for more serious computing...

Gave her a nice bubble bath yesterday afternoon and am taking her (and the wife) on a 2000 mile trip for the next 12 days. You know I’m really starting to enjoy this being retired thing...

If you see me riding around with a big ‘ole smile, you’ll know why...

Made chicken francaise last night for a dinner date. Showed the GF how to make a slurry to thicken the sauce. Pounded the chicken very thin and reverse dredged in flour followed by egg. (Creates a fluffier coating). Used lemon olive oil to enhance everything. All in all, restaurant quality.

Oh. And she has requested I smoked a rack or 2 of ribs this weekend. One of the awesome maintenance guys brewed me a case of "slutty red head". Basically a medium amber beer with 11% alc content. haha. It's beyond amazing for what it should be.

Every time I read your posts about food I start drooling. Not enhancing my professional demeanor! Reps going out. Morning all!

Degree in culinary I never used. I love to experiment and cook for people. Just found out I hated standing in a line making the same junk over and over again. So now I fix computers with a hammer!

I'll upload some photos next time I cook. Presentation is just as important as taste ;)

Looking at $900 for a new set of PSS tires. Or $700 for those BF g-force comp tires. I'm noticing the car gets a bit to squirrely in deep corners some times. I'm sure a lot has to do with it being colder and wetter out recently. But the current set have 9k miles on them since I bought the car. Figured i'll be due by next year when it hits 12k.
