I actually just got an awesome email from my old boss who works for the county now. He said they have 2 tech positions and 2 network admin positions open currently. He wanted my resume asap. Civil service exams are provisional so I could technically get in immediately and take the test next year.

God that would be amazing...

Government holidays. No more 3am phone calls. Amazing benefits. Actual yearly raises and great chances of promotions. Far less work and stress. And I'd get to work with an actual freaking team instead of handling everything myself!!

I'm about to start talking to my air compressor

Girlfriend backed into the rear bumper. How much do you think it'll cost to have it repainted? I doubt I'll go through insurance.

I'd probably have them just redo the whole bumper. That was my guess as well. Around $500. Not a big amount. Only thing that sucks is I had the rear xpelled.

Grab the porter cable and see how much cleans up. Looks like the chip and a couple of scratches wont come out though.

nope. i'll clean it up this weekend and see. Looks like 2 deep chips and 3-4 deep scratches. Nail hangs on most of them. The white streaks will buff out easily. Idk if a shop can paint fill them though or if it would require a complete respray. $600 won't bother me much if it requires a whole respray. Bumper could use it anyways. If they find micro fractures tho, I may just purchase a knockoff amuse for painting.
