Oh jesus. Flashbacks.

When I was young, I was mowing the yard wearing sandals. I ended up going over a hill of fire ants. They were not happy. My foot was COVERED in bites.

That would really suck. Thankfully these are just carpenter ants.

Growing up we used to play in the rain all the time and sometimes mudball fights. This one time the ***hole kid in the neighborhood threw a mudball at my back that was filled with fire ants. Let's just say it hurt.....a lot. :shakes head:

I hate ants... they are worse than any insect imho and I get into some of their nests working on the telephone terminals ie "their homes" and have to evict them. I get the willies when I open a terminal up a pole and ants and their eggs fall on me. (shuddering just thinking about it)

No bueno my friends. I've been fighting ant hills all summer in my yard. Probably need to do a broadcast treatment.

lol that happened to me more than once as kid. Of course, here I am 36 years of life experience and I'm still mowing and edging barefoot :icon17: :tup:

I'm looking forward to not having to worry about ant hills any more. The nice thing about paying for termite eradication is that additional pest control expense is negligible :ugh2:
