Sorry I haven't handed out reps in a bit.

Between the micro-manager, travel & vacation, I haven't been able to get to the forum to rep.

So apparently the Nissan tech at the moron dealership claims someone backed into her exhaust. That was what caused the loud banging noises at startup apparently. I am calling complete ********. Her exhaust hides UNDER the freaking rear bumper. No other damage anywhere and the sound magically started happening after she brought it to them originally for another issue....

I only get 2 hours per call @ time and a half.

I need to up my game.
